The VA Tech Engineering Building is a 457,517 Sq. Ft, 5 story building built on the Virginia Tech University Campus in Blacksburg VA. The building houses mostly laboratories and offices for students and faculty. Steel erection started in January of 2012 and the building was turned over to the University for occupancy in January of 2014. The building’s signature piece is a full-size jet engine hanging in the lobby in the main entranceway.
