Project Quattro is a 2.3 million square foot distribution center built on approximately 100 acres across from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and the corner of Interstates 85 and 485 for Amazon. This 2.3 million square feet warehouse consists of 900,000 sf of roof area, 266,000 sf of Process Mezzanine area, and 1,134,000 sf of the multi-level mezzanine. This facility is Amazon’s largest distribution center in the Charlotte region and is estimated to bring 1500 jobs and $200 million of investments.
