Project Harney is a 2.7 million square foot, five story fulfillment center on 87 acres in Temple Terrace, FL for Amazon. This distribution facility consists of 629,780 sf of roof area, 106,620 sf of Process Mezzanine area, and 1,974,600 sf of multi-level mezzanine and will utilize a SidePlate Connection design to accelerate erection durations. This facility is estimated to bring 750 full time jobs to the Tampa, FL region and will use state-of-the-art robotics technology to process orders.
