The GMU Robinson Hall replacement project is one of the most ambitious expansions on the GMU campus within the last decade.  The project consisted of the “Phase 2” Robinson Hall structure and the “Phase 3” Harris Theater renovation.  All work was completed under a lump sum contract, and the work took place at the crossroads of a very congested site on campus.  Logistical planning was paramount to a successful project, with close coordination between our erection team and our haulers to ensure minimal disruption to an active campus.
