The FedEx Distribution center in Queens is one of the largest distribution facilities of its kind in New York City.  The project was performed on a design/assist basis and includes an interior parking area on the second floor along with an elevated vehicle entry ramp.  The project was built with an aggressive schedule with a total construction schedule of just over 13 months.
